Prices and offerings

  • Evening event on a weekday (Tuesday - Friday): €6000 
  • Evening event on a Saturday: €6000 + 20%

We offer non-profit organisations a 50% discount.



  • An evening event includes use of De Loods, entrance to the museum and the tower. 
  • The maximum capacity for an evening event is 250 people.
  • Entry to the museum is included in the rental price.

The price of tour guides (not obligatory) is not included in the evening event fee:

  • 75 euro per guide for a group of 15 people
  • duration: about 90 minutes



Catering is not included in the evening event fee.

Salons De Boeck is the catering partner of the museum. Contact them via or 03 226 02 58.



Evening events are possible from Tuesday to Saturday. They take place outside the opening hours of the museum. Evening events are not possible on Sundays, Mondays or holidays.



Official requests can be submitted from six months to six weeks in advance using the appropriate request form. A definitive commitment is only established after the museum grants permission.
